The Assemblyof Schwartzistan

The general election of 1994 was held on 2 October 1994 to return sixty-three members to the Assembly from seven regions of nine seats each. Five parties contested the poll. The Reed Party and The Assembly Union each returned sixteen members, the largest number obtained by any party; The Continuity Party returned fourteen; The Workers' Front twelve; and The Marsh Preservation League five. Mean turnout across the seven regions was 73.7 per cent. Report of the election.

The Assembly Union took the most seats of any single party in the Capital District and in Norrfeld, while the Reed Party led decisively in the Sudmark, where it took 45.6 per cent of the vote and four of the nine seats. The Workers' Front headed the poll in Kesselhöh and in Westgau, and the Continuity Party in the Osmoor. No party held a seat in every region without contest from at least three rivals, and the Marsh Preservation League failed to return a member in the Ostrand or in Kesselhöh, though it took a seat in each of the other five regions.
